As a Buckle Assistant Manager, you'll follow a similar education program as a Management Trainee, yet would ultimately remain in your current store. You will work closely with a Store Manager who will help develop your leadership skills as you guide and impact the Teammates around you. Positively influencing and educating others, you'll serve as an inspiration to your Team and a product expert to your guests.
Providing outstanding customer service is the first order of business for all leaders. Not only will you guide and impact your Teammates, you will also lead by example -- through showmanship and guest relations on a daily basis. In doing so, Teammates will gain an understanding of how things should be done and what is expected of them.
